Optum in Corvallis, Oregon seeks Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates for full-time and part-time outpatient primary care positions. Ideal candidates will provide compassionate, evidence-based care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires board certification and a Master's degree. The salary ranges from $104,500 to $156,000 annually with additional benefits including comprehensive health packages and incentive programs. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate/Assistant by AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA.
• Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year degree.
• Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon required prior to start date.
• Current OR DEA certificate required prior to start date.

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide individualized treatment.
• Provide patient care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective.
