Job summary
C018 MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) is seeking a qualified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their Primary Care team in Florence County, South Carolina. This role involves delivering high-quality healthcare in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced medical professionals.

Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with current licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina.
- Currently licensed (or eligible) in South Carolina as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Required certification in BLS and maintain licenses, certifications as applicable by policy.
- Valid DHEC and DEA license.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient evaluation and treatment based on history, physical examination, and diagnostics.
- Initiate referrals to other healthcare providers.
- Document and bill for direct care provided.
- Potential to precept students at MUSC.
- Work schedule: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm; Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm.
