Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment and educates patients and families on post-treatment care.
• Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities and documents plans of care with the interprofessional team.
• Communicates care plans across the continuum of care and assesses patient needs, preferences, and barriers.
