Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a physical therapist.
• Assist in development of treatment plans and carry out routine functions.
• Document progress of treatment within plans established by a PT.
• Provide age-appropriate education for patients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
• Perform modalities/therapeutic interventions per standards of care.
