Job summary

SnapCare is seeking an outpatient physical therapist for a 90-day contract in Bentleyville, PA. You will be the sole PT in the clinic, evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring care aligns with physician orders and insurance approvals.

Responsibilities include directing therapy services, documenting progress and billing notes, and educating patients, families, and students. A valid PT license, CPR certification, and orthopedic expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year outpatient clinical experience.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans.
• Oversee discipline-specific therapy services and delegate tasks.

• Complete medical records with goals, assessments, and billing entries.
• Ensure care follows physician orders and insurance approvals.

• Participate in student programs with appropriate supervision.
• Maintain licensure and adhere to state practice acts.
