Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Oklahoma (or eligible)
• 1 year outpatient orthopedics experience preferred
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
• Team-player with service-based culture and lifelong learning mindset

Responsibilities

• Review patient medical history and movement observations to inform care
• Diagnose patients by movement analysis and listening to concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set clear goals
• Use exercises, stretching, manual therapy and equipment to reduce pain and improve mobility
• Record progress and adjust plans of care as needed
• Educate patients and families about recovery process and expectations
