Job summary

ProMedica Health System in Ohio is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to plan and provide rehabilitation treatments. You will develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient goals are met.

You will advocate, educate, and communicate with patients of all ages while mentoring PTAs, students, and volunteers. The role offers a sign-on bonus and growth opportunities within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• PT License in State of practice.
• CPR

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide treatment to meet a patient’s rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement the physical therapy plan and establish a plan of care for patients.
• Advocate, communicate, and educate patients of all ages while showing competence, awareness, and sensitivity of their physical, emotional and sociopsychological needs.
• Mentor PTAs, students, and volunteers.
