Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Cadillac Outpatient clinic. This full-time position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and a starting compensation of $36.54 per hour, with pay increases based on experience.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing PT plans, documenting progress, and coordinating with the care team to support functional recovery.

Qualificações

• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Michigan.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care within the PT scope.
• Evaluate patient condition and develop goals with the treatment team.
• Establish and implement written treatment plans and progress notes.
• Document patient status and progress according to guidelines.
• Coordinate discharge planning with patient and family.
• Instruct patients and families in PT procedures and home programs.
