Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing with IDFPR.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Required).
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates ability to perform patient transfers with assistance as needed.
• Designs an appropriate plan of care with goals, treatment, outcomes and discharge plan.
• Educates patients, family, caregivers and other health care providers about treatment methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine physical therapy diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examinations and selects appropriate examination methods.
