Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team at STARS in Baker City, Oregon. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized outpatient PT programs and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patients' functional outcomes.

Current PT licensure in Idaho or Oregon is required, with BLS at hire. Prior outpatient rehab experience is preferred but not required.

What You Will Do

As our ideal candidate, you will assess, plan, and implement tailored physical therapy programs for individual patients. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team and supervise support personnel. At our Baker City, Oregon clinic, you’ll provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in your community without the need to relocate to a larger metropolitan area. You’ll work with a diverse range of patients, including:

• Employees recovering from work-related injuries
• Seniors striving to maintain their mobility
• Individuals recovering from hand or spine trauma
