Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team at STARS in Baker City, Oregon. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized outpatient PT programs and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patients' functional outcomes.

Current PT licensure in Idaho or Oregon is required, with BLS at hire. Prior outpatient rehab experience is preferred but not required.

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Idaho or Oregon.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Outpatient Rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
