Beacon Harbor Healthcare in Rockwall, TX is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join their in-house therapy team. This full-time role offers PRN schedule opportunities and focuses on ambulatory therapy for geriatric and post-acute patients.

You will conduct screenings, develop care plans, administer rehabilitative treatments, and provide discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards. A Physical Therapist license is required; new grads welcome and all experience levels

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care to develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
• Perform procedures in rehabilitation plans, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
