BAYADA is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time outpatient home health position at our senior living office in Exton, PA. The office services adult and geriatric clients in the Coatesville area.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform outpatient visits in designated territories.
  2. Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements, including mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
  3. Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
  4. Assess and revise care plans, collaborating with nursing staff.
  5. Educate clients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote health, safety, and independence.
  6. Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.
Qualifications
  1. Current PA Physical Therapist (PT) license.
  2. At least one year of recent PT experience.
  3. Graduation from an accredited program by the American Physical Therapy Association.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  5. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficiency with computers; EMR experience preferred.
