Job summary

Intermountain Health in Ogden, Utah is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries and disabilities using standard PT practices. You will educate patients and families, collaborate with care teams, and develop patient-centered care plans to improve outcomes.

You will supervise staff, participate in continuing education, uphold quality improvement, and contribute to program development and marketing strategies for the PT department.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
