Job summary

Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care. You will evaluate and treat injuries, educate families, and collaborate with care teams, while supervising staff and contributing to program development.

You will participate in continuing education, ensure quality outcomes, document with accuracy, and support marketing efforts for the physical therapy program.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Basic Computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
