Job summary

CentraState Healthcare System is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for the Marlboro Outpatient clinic. You will evaluate, plan and implement patient-centered rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, neurological and orthopedic conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to restore mobility and function.

The position emphasizes evidence-based practice, strong communication, and home exercise education, with a focus on delivering high-quality outpatient care in a community hospital

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
• Current state licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with referring providers and clinical team members.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and documentation standards.
