The Physical Therapist evaluates, administers, and oversees evidence-based physical therapy services for individuals with physical disabilities or functional limitations. They promote prevention, restoration, or reversal of pathology to improve movement and daily living skills. They develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families to facilitate return to prior function, adhering to physician guidelines, standards, and policies. They communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, embodying strong customer service skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university approved by the APTA. Required.
Current AZ State Board of Physical Therapy license and/or PT Compact license. Must be in good standing and obtained upon hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
