Job summary

SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a Physical Therapist to float among our Day Institute locations in the St. Louis area, including Sunset Hills, MO and O'Fallon, IL. You will provide outpatient PT services and participate in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on neurological and medically complex patients.

This full-time role requires MO and IL licensure, with duties including treatment planning and coordination with facilities and staff to maximize patient independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist required.
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Implements high-quality physical therapy services for patients in outpatient settings.
• Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management.
• Maintains positive interactions with facilities and clients.
• Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
