Professional Physical Therapy is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Emerson, NJ. This is a New-Grad friendly, full-time (40 hours/week) position with base salary range $90,000–$100,000 and total compensation $95,000–$120,000 depending on certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Active (or in-progress) state PT license.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
• Team-first mindset and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
• Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
