Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Float Team serving Jacksonville and surrounding counties. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule between 7A-7P and opportunities to grow within a Rehab-centric organization.

You will perform initial evaluations, develop customized plans of care, and deliver high-quality rehabilitation across multiple diagnoses while benefiting from mentorship, education opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current PT license in the state of Florida.
• Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete the new patient evaluation and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement customized plans of care.
• Deliver high-quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members.

We will prioritize hours in your primary area, but there may be times you will be asked to travel.
