Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• 3–6 years of outpatient PT experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient communication skills.
• New grads with exceptional potential may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to identify movement challenges and functional needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on conditions, goals, and progress.
• Implement evidence-based exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and rehab strategies.
• Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and modify plans as needed.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, occupational therapists, physicians, and others as a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, home programs, injury prevention, and wellness.
