Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation, program planning and treatment of patients referred to Physical Therapy.
• Provides documentation of the above and education to patients, families, hospital staff, and students.
• Participates in enhancement of the profession, facility, and self by providing quality care, clinical research, and education.
• Ensures patients reach maximum potential through quality care and input to medical management.
