Boutique Recruiting is assisting a patient-focused outpatient clinic in Havertown, PA, to hire a full-time Physical Therapist. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, provide manual therapy, and guide patients to regain mobility and return to the activities they love.

New graduates are welcome; PA licensure or eligibility is required. The clinic supports ongoing education, training in manual therapy, and opportunities for specialization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• PA license or eligibility for licensure.
• New graduates welcome; clinical training provided.
• Strong hands-on and manual therapy interest.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify PT needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention.
• Build rapport with patients and deliver attentive, individualized care each visit.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
