You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, use AI-assisted documentation and Raintree EMR, and maintain a manageable caseload, typically 10–12 visits daily. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive patient evaluations and care plans are performed.
• Evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and quality of life.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians and the team to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness and home exercise programs.
