Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Virginia is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care across orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab, with a diverse caseload and opportunities for growth.

You’ll participate in a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship, in-house continuing education, and residency-style development paths aimed at leadership roles while delivering evidenced-based, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
