Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Massachusetts license or eligibility by time of hire.
• CPR certification by time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conducts PT evaluation procedures per guidelines.
• Sets treatment goals reflecting patient needs and reimbursement requirements.
• Implements individualized and group treatments with clinical competence.
• Complies with policies, standards, and accrediting requirements.
• Demonstrates ongoing professional growth and knowledge of regulations.
• Collaborates with colleagues to provide high-quality patient care.
• Orients staff and communities to physical therapy; supervises students.
