Job summary

Revel Staffing seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Washington, DC. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and provide evidence-based treatment to improve mobility and independence.

Pelvic-floor experience is a plus but not required; strong collaboration with physicians and staff. Hiring incentives up to $28,000 and a starting salary around $90,000 are available, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based patient care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative clinical team.
• Strong organization and time-management.
• Ability to manage an appropriate outpatient caseload.
• Proficiency with EMRs and standard workplace technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and identify functional limitations, impairments, and treatment needs.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, physician recommendations, patient goals, and applicable standards.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services using evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, home-exercise programs, injury prevention, and continued progress.
• Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, discharge summaries, and other required documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, referral sources, insurance representatives, and other members of the patient's care team.
• Coordinate care with physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and other clinical employees.
• Ensure appropriate delegation and supervision of patient-care activities.
• Participate in clinical meetings, continuing education, quality-improvement initiatives, and employee training.
• Maintain a safe, organized, professional, and patient-focused treatment environment.
• Support positive relationships with patients, families, referral partners, and members of the local community.
• Follow all applicable clinical, ethical, privacy, safety, billing, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional clinical responsibilities as assigned
