Professional Physical Therapy in Southampton, NY, is hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist. This full-time, 40-hour/week role is new-grad friendly with a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 and total compensation of $95,000–$120,000, commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.

New for 2026: eligible PTs may choose up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance (RISE) or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years.

Qualifications

• Active (or in-progress) state PT license.
• Strong clinical judgment.
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
• Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
