Professional Physical Therapy in Manhasset, NY seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time position (40 hours/week). Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, with total compensation of $95,000 to $120,000 depending on certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives.

2026 adds up to $50,000 in student loan repayment assistance or a $30,000 retention bonus paid over four years. We offer mentorship, structured onboarding, paid national certifications, residency

Qualifications

• Active state PT license (or in-progress) is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
