Physi Core Solutions in Tallahassee, Florida is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.

You will guide patients through therapeutic exercises, administer modalities as appropriate, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a related physical therapy setting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and functional activities to aid recovery and improve physical well-being.
• Educate patients on exercise techniques, body mechanics, and home-based programs for sustained recovery.
• Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual techniques as part of treatment interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, tracking improvements to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Prepare treatment areas effectively, ensuring equipment and supplies are organized for sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and maximize patient outcomes.
• Provide emotional support and motivation to patients, promoting a positive rehabilitation environment.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

Florida license to practice Physical Therapist

Minimum 1 year of experience in PT setting
