RUSH Physical Therapy in DeMotte, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services. This full-time role features a Monday through Friday schedule with two evenings per week and a base salary starting at $76,000, commensurate with experience.

You will evaluate, treat, document, and coordinate care, with access to nationwide specialty programs and a culture focused on growth. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and student debt relief options are available, along with generous PTO and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
