Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Coppell, TX is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will treat general orthopedics, pre/post-ops, trauma, vestibular, TMJ and sports injuries, with a flexible schedule from 7am to 7pm Monday-Thursday and 7am-1pm on Fridays.

Experienced therapists are preferred, but new grads are welcome. Expect a busy caseload (10-12 patients daily), thorough charting in Therapy Source, and ongoing professional growth through

Qualifications

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility in the state.
Certified BLS or completion within 90 days or as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services for general orthopedics, pre/post-ops, trauma, vestibular, TMJ and sports.
Manage a patient caseload of 10-12 patients per day.
Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source.
Interpret assessment/diagnostic data from medical notes and surgery reports.
Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
Promote continuous quality improvement.
Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed.
