Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using the clinic’s system (Raintree) in compliance with regulations.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on progress and feedback.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on latest research and best practices in physical therapy.
