Responsive Physical Therapy in Point Pleasant, NJ is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our low-volume outpatient team. You will evaluate patients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy in a supportive clinical setting.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS or Red Cross BLS).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions.
• Provide hands-on manual therapy techniques and facilitation strategies.
• Design therapeutic activity and exercise programs tailored to patient goals.
• Create patient-centered treatment goals and monitor progress.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize outcomes.
• Adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize patient success.
