Job summary

ProActive Physical Therapy Centers is seeking an exceptional Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team at the Webster/Clear Lake or Pasadena locations. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation with manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.

Collaborating with a positive, patient-centered team, you will educate patients and families, monitor progress, and help people regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current orthopedic rehabilitation practices.
• Ability to work independently while also being a great teammate.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise and monitor patient progress.
