Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist for a hospital-based position. The role evaluates, administers and directs therapeutic procedures, and collaborates with physicians and care teams to support patient recovery.

You will work with patients of all ages, may supervise staff, and must hold a degree from an accredited PT program, SC licensure or eligibility, and BLS certification. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians, case managers, and insurance personnel.
• May supervise assistants, aides, and athletic trainers.
• Work involves outpatient care in a facility with modern diagnostic and treatment resources.
