Pleasant Manor in Waxahachie, TX, is seeking energetic Outpatient Physical Therapists for Full Time, Part Time, and PRN schedules to join our in-house therapy team. As a Physical Therapist, you will screen and evaluate patients, develop care plans, deliver rehabilitative interventions, and provide patient-family counseling, all while upholding regulatory standards.

Open to all experience levels; license required.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to PTs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients; develop care plans adhering to standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and wound care as needed.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan (manual techniques, modalities, devices).
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and other providers.
• Generate discharge summaries compliant with regulatory requirements.
