Qualifications

Ready to join? We are seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to float between clinics in the west and south suburbs as needed for coverage. Our PTs plan, implement, and evaluate patient care programs designed to increase, maintain, or restore function, minimize or prevent disability, and help patients reach their maximum performance levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Evaluate patients and gather appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Establish functional and objective goals based on clinical examinations.
  • Develop detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and service.
  • Maintain friendly, cordial relations with clients and staff; foster a positive work environment through respectful communication.
  • Build relationships with patients and the community.
  • Communicate continuously with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure consistent care.
  • Maintain patient charts, clinical logs, and checklists for compliance.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality in accordance with company policies and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively in a professional setting.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
  • Current Illinois Physical Therapy license or willingness to apply.
  • CPR certification.
