Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identifies patients' goals and needs, assesses evaluations and test results.
• Administers manual therapy and instructs patients in physical activities.
• Evaluates effects of physical therapy treatments and orthotic devices.
• Completes discharge planning and ensures continuity of therapeutic plans.
• Documents patient care services in electronic medical records.
