Select Physical Therapy in Kingwood, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. The position offers flexible scheduling with 3 shifts per week and a part-time arrangement.

You will evaluate and treat patients, document care, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating closely with clinicians and center staff. The role requires a DPT or PT degree, a current state PT license or eligibility, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain required training and comply with regulations.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
