Job summary

Orlando Health in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Ambulatory - Outpatient Rehab department. The role involves examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis and interventions to achieve the highest functional outcomes for each patient, with responsibilities including data gathering and treatment planning.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, located at 1341 ORANGE AVE WINTER PARK FL 32789.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license (temporary permit acceptable).
• Current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and gathers data from the patient, the physician, interdisciplinary team meetings if available, family and significant other persons and data sources.
• Develops treatment plans which integrate with the continuum of care and have specific goals and objectives and treats accordingly.
• Maintains complete documentation and accurate billing.
• Provides patient/family education as indicated.
• Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies.

Education
