Strengthen Physical Therapy, Inc. seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for our Union Hill, New York outpatient office. This full-time role offers a salary of $90,000–$110,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

You will evaluate patients, design individualized therapy programs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate families on home exercises while maintaining high professional and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's Degree or Doctorate is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and tailor treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs incorporating exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and self-management.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and uphold professional standards.
