Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a day shift, full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist in Albuquerque, NM to join our rehabilitation team. You will assess and treat patients with developmental, physical, cognitive, or emotional impairments to help them regain function and independence.

Responsibilities include organizing medically prescribed PT sessions, adhering to safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes in a state-of-the-art

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensure or licensure eligible in Physical Therapy in the State of NM.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy treatment to individuals with impairments to assist in reaching optimal function within their physical limitations. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
