Aufgaben

• Deliver direct patient care in line with the Physical Therapy Practice Act and Kaiser Permanente HealthPlan.
• Document services accurately per state and federal requirements and policies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinics, rounds, and case management conferences.
• Refer patients to appropriate medical providers when care is outside scope of practice.
• Instruct patient education classes or groups as requested by management.
• Assist in orientation and training of employees and provide department in-service as needed.
• Serve as clinical instructor or mentor for staff if requested.
