Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide therapy services in an outpatient setting with occasional inpatient or emergency consultations. You will evaluate and treat adult and school-aged patients while supporting a team of licensed PTs and Assistants, using EMR and adapting to optional inpatient coverage.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Maine state licensure, BLS, and at least 1 year outpatient experience with US work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and Maine licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 1 year outpatient experience.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and treatments for outpatient adults and school-aged patients.
• Support a team of licensed PTs and Assistants; document in EMR.
• Coordinate care with inpatient coverage when needed.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a flexible outpatient setting.
