FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is opening a brand-new outpatient Clinic in Saugus MA. As the Physical Therapist, you will provide hands‑on patient care while shaping clinic operations, establishing best practices, and fostering a patient‑centered environment as the clinic grows.

You’ll lead with clinical excellence and partner with ownership to grow the clinic, advance leadership development, and deliver top‑quality care backed by FYZICAL’s national resources.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license‑eligible).
• 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Passionate about patient‑centered outpatient care.
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and long‑term growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans.
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients.
• Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence.
• Help establish clinical standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Lead by example in professionalism, patient engagement, and care quality.
• Partner with ownership on clinic growth, community outreach, and referral relationships.
• Contribute to operational planning as the clinic expands.
