Responsibilities

• Documents and charges for patient care under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Manage schedule and productivity, and arrange re-evaluations and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate discharge planning and equipment needs with supervising PT.
• Document patient condition changes and report progress to the team.
• Pursue continuing education and serve as a clinical instructor when needed.
