We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our energetic team, which strives for excellent patient outcomes. Our treatments include orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, balance disorders, and deconditioning cases. We are also part of a swing bed rehabilitation program, providing a comprehensive continuum of care. Responsibilities
Administer physical therapy treatments, assist Physical Therapists, educate and motivate patients, evaluate responses, fit orthoses, collaborate with team members, and perform clerical duties. Specific duties include manual therapy, modalities, patient education, data collection, and treatment monitoring.
Qualifications
Must have an active PTA license in your practicing state. Additional competencies include strong communication, problem-solving, technical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a team. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and over 100 pounds with assistance, standing, walking, and other physical activities. Must be willing to work occasional weekends and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Regularly required to stand, walk, handle, reach, and communicate. Occasionally sit, climb, stoop, or crouch. Work involves exposure to mechanical parts and moderate noise. Reasonable accommodations can be made for disabilities.
