Job summary

The Hughston Clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will perform medically prescribed PT treatments, plan care, and collaborate with physicians to improve function and relieve pain.

You will document findings for medical records, educate patients and families on exercises, and support other staff while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. Must hold state PT license and BLS; 2 years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Must have current state license in PT and maintain BLS certification.
• Experience: 2 years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer medically prescribed PT treatments to restore function and relieve pain.
• Consult with physicians regarding PT factors affecting patient health.
• Document treatments and patient information for medical records and billing.
• Educate patients and families on care and use of therapies and exercises.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and participate in professional development.
