Select Physical Therapy in Tomball, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join our team at 9166 FM 2920, Bldg A, Ste 375. Monday through Friday schedule. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient care and collaborate with the center team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
